- Field Sales Executive – Balikpapan
Kualifikasi :
Responsibilities:
Manage sales in a specified area to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
Create territory and account development strategies and execute a plan to achieve the assigned sales objectives.
Responsible for business development and revenue management for the assigned areas.
Maintaining and retaining travel agents and ensuring achieving targets
Able to leverage our pricing, packaging, and business models to maximize returns and unique business value for Via’s agents.
Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
Recognize customer business problems and drive or influence resources to address opportunities.
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods, such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods, such as networking and social media.
Demonstrate the ability to “cold call” targeted potential customers as well as relationship building and interaction with existing and potential customers.
Hire, develop, and train all sales employees in his region according to company standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a combination of equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in B2B sales/ agency sales
Travel Industry Knowledge is a plus
Preferably from Travel, Hotels, Tourism, agencies, B2B, E-commerce or Service industries.
Strong working knowledge of sales management and the ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and commonsense approach.
Able to meet deadlines, adapt to changing conditions, and stand under pressure.
Target-oriented and self-motivated
