Kualifikasi :

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management.
Fluent in English and good communication skills.
Proven experience for minimum 5 years.
Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
Familiar with tax softwares.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
Must have Brevet A & B certification, Brevet C will be advantage.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and coordination for financial statements and financial analysis report.
Develop and manage the company’s financial budget and forecast to guide decision-making.
Conduct regular financial analysis to assessthe company’s performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic planning.
Analyze complex financial data and statements, and make accurate projections based on that data.
Monitor and manage Department responsibilities. 
Identify problems and devise solutions for complex financial matters.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position, minimize liabilities, and take advantage of available incentives.
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including income statemens, balance sheet, and cashflow statement.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles, and coordinate with auditors to facilitate external audit.
Leading a team of financial professionals, have strong leadership and communication skills to ensure that the team is working effectively
