Kualifikasi :
Job Descriptions:
Conduct routine inspection of SOC and Hubs of Shopee Express to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation.
Inspect the operating compliance in SOC and Hubs (based on the SOP) and identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification.
Assess the SOC and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist.
Summarize and report key findings from the inspection regularly (daily, weekly, and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
Preferably have 2-4 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and/or SOP compliance.
Coming from a logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background is a plus.
Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow.
Strong logical to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Have a continuous improvement mindset with good initiative and thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
Willing to do work mobile to visit SOC or Hub to conduct an audit.
Willing to be placed in Balikpapan / Pontianak.
