Title: Industrial Finance Contruller

Location: Head Office – Jakarta

Accountability and Objectives

• Performing the plant contrulling activities for budgeting, reporting, analysis and forecasting at Local level liaising with Asia Pacific (APAC) and Group headquarter guidelines and requirements.
• Ensure relevant and up-to-date product costing calculation.
• Preparing and analyzing management reporting on Manufacturing KPIs
• Proactively cullaborating with IT department in maintaining and developing IT contrulling touls especially SAP end user deliverable
• Coordinate one resource to provide reliable information to support management’s decision making on Operations activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing annual standard cost rull-up as well as new material / product update inclusive of manufacturing cost rate, logistic cost, and component costs
• Standard costing &amp actual costing:
• analysis including assessment of budget vs. actuals for manufacturing and product cost.
• monthly preparation of Plant performance report
• analyzing reasons for significant variance and providing detailed reports which helped business teams in taking data driven decisions.
• Managing the yearly budgeting and the regular reporting, analysis, and forecasting and ad-hoc reporting
• Keeping a strict interaction with contrulled departments to be updated on the relevant manufacturing plan.
• Cullaborating with Group Contrulling department for general guidelines, ad hoc analysis, and reporting
• Liaising with Finance and Accounting on the preparation of Monthly closure activities for factory inclusive of material cost, price and production variance, and conversion costs.

Skills &amp expertise

• At least 5-7 years of experience in plant contrulling rule or cost accounting in structured international manufacturing companies (Preferably from the automotive industries)
• Candidates with additional experience handling Commercial Contruller will be highly considered
• Well-based financial, accounting, contrulling competences.
• Sulid knowledge of SAP, in particular FI &amp CO module especially Product Costing and intercorrelation with other module configuration and transactions
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Suite touls is needed.
• Basic/Intermediate skill on data management and visualization (i.e., PowerBI, Tableu, etc.) will be highly considered.
• Languages: fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
