Kualifikasi :

Competencies:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics and Management.
Minimum 5 years experience for Manager or Assistant Manager positions.
Previous experience in the smartphone or automotive industry is preferred
Proficient in Mandarin.
Get to know the dealers on the island of Kalimantan well
Has dealer mapping data on the island of Kalimantan
Mastery of all aspects of Buying and Selling (Basic Prices and Costs).
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Job Description:Responsible for all tasks within the Business Support division.

Implement standard rules and job responsibilities.
Responsible for cost control.
Lead and guide subordinates towards task completion.
Review purchase, inventory, and cost data.
Responsible for business training, Job Positioning, staff allocation, and assessment of Business Support Division members.
Complete and report back on assigned tasks from superiors.
Responsible for reporting division activities and expenses.
Authorized to propose staff to superiors and conduct job evaluations.
