- Factory Automation Center (FAC) Service Engineer
Kualifikasi :
Requirements:
Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering with 2-3 years experience in similar field.
Having basic knowledge in electrical engineering, power electronics and control engineering
Good problem analytical and solving skills
self motivated and keen to learn new things
Have a good command of English and Japanese
Responsibilities:
Conduct repair to the Customer for Factory Automation/Industrial Automation products in accordance with product manual and guidelines and in line with Company’s Standard and Operating Procedures.
Prepare work report and other related report as needed by the management to ensure the availability of services database and related report.
Assist Sales team for technical presentation and product knowledge training as needed
Customer training, Engineering claim response and fault response
