• HR Specialist

Kualifikasi :

Requirement:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree

-Experience min. 3 years in the same position

-Good command of spoken and written English.

-Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Word)

-Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.

-Good problem-solving abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to resolve conflict

-Willing to be placed in Cikarang area

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages

-Payroll Process

-Administer health and life insurance programs by government or private

-Plan performance review sessions

-Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status

-Maintain organizational and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

-Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly

-Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.

-Propose solutions to deal with the problems arising in employment, labor service agreements and other agreements, and guarantee the legitimacy of the texts and the executing process.

-Receive employee visits about personnel-related matters, investigate and collect evidence of their disciplinary violations, which should be handled fairly and legally according to the procedure documents.

-Implement training and development plans.

-Responsible in subcontractor / vendor audit
