- Commercial Officer/Supervisor (Berlian Dumai Logistics BALIKPAPAN Placement)
Kualifikasi :
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any major
Has experience at least 3 – 5 years as sales in logistic/forwarder industry
Fluent in English both oral and written
Required Knowledge and Skill(s): logistics knowledge, custom (preferably have custom certificate / Sertifikat Uji Ahli Kepabeanan), export import, filing system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation, leveraging network, business process understanding, developing others, team leadership
Responsibilities:
Ensuring end to end project and commercial activities are well arranged and run smoothly.
Ensuring all documentations are well prepared prior project and commercial.
Ensuring new project / market are identified and developed.
Ensuring strategic business plan are created.
Ensuring good company reputation and relation with all related business network are maintained.
Planning annual budget
Planning & monitoring commercial target in the running year
Monitoring revenue achievement
Exploring possibilities of new business
Looking for the new project
Preparing summary for new project information
Analyzing Market and seasonal business to create business plan
Creating one package for cargo shipment
Calculating rate for customer needed
Inquiring customer need to prepare liner service, rate, transit time, and other supporting provider like trucking & warehousing
Develop new business for container and other logistics work also maintain existing customer
Knows your customer and competitor
Keep close relation with vendors like liners, trucking, fumigator and other related department
Manage Performance Work to perform lifting and revenue
Evaluate Work to perform customer satisfaction for repeat order
